This new product is ideal for environments where dust is generated
from graphite, sintering and ceramic machining.

1.V1 Seal

Equipped with V1 seals (highly dustproof end seals) made with new materials and in a new shape,
for better abrasion resistance. Less foreign matter gets into the roller slides for a longer service life.
Additional sheets of V1 seals may be used depending on the condition and use environment.

2.Enhanced dustproof performance achieved by the rail cover

By covering the mounting bolt holes, the rail cover prevents foreign matter from building up around
the mounting bolt holes and getting into the roller slide.

3.“NSK K1TM” Lubrication Unit

Outstanding lubrication effects by NSK K1 further improves the durability. Additional sheets of

NSK K1 may be used depending on the condition and use environment.
