The world’s highest-level, high-performance integrated motor spindle.
Outstanding in speed, cutting capability and reliability, and at the top level in the
world, the B1 Series was specifically developed for #40 machining centers.
B1 Series uses Robust Series precision bearings (ceramic ball specification).

With a newly developed grease-replenishing lubrication method, B1 Series is quiet,
exerts less impact on the environment and offers 20 000 hours of maintenance-free
performance.

Combination of a highly heat-resistant precision bearing—the epitome of NSK’s
expertise—with a FANUC motor providing a wide range of cutting performance.
3. All-in-one unit
Tool specification complies with BT and HSK. The unclamp mechanism is durable
enough to withstand 2 million rotations. Through-coolant capability (7 Mpa) is available
as an option.
