(1) Mounting position of lubrication accessories Roller slide body Optional position
• T he standard position of grease fittings and tube End cap (on top of roller slide)

A lubrication hole can be provided on the side or the (end face of roller slide)
top face of the end cap or roller slide. Mounting
positions are shown in the Figs. 8 and 9, and Tables Optional position
7.1 and 7.2. (side face of roller slide)
• For mounting on top of the face of end cap, an O ring
is required. For the model AN and BN, two O rings Optional position
as well as spacers are required. (side face of end cap)
• W hen using a piping unit with a thread of M6 × 1, a
connector is required to connect the piping unit to a Optional position
grease fitting mounting hole with M6 × 7.5. (on top of end cap)

(2) Cautions for oil lubrication
• If oil lubrication is used, the oil may not pervade the

rolling surface in accordance with the roller slide
mounting conditions such as upside down mounting and
wall mounting. In these situations, consult with NSK.
• W hen using an oil mist lubricating system, please
confirm how much oil is needed for each outlet port.
